I tried replying to a similar thread but wasn't able to for some reason.

I'm on Windows 10, running the latest dev release of YACReader.

My mouse has two settings - continuous scroll, and "click" scroll. In other apps (other comic readers, Adobe reader, image viewers, etc), one click of the wheel turns the page or moves to the next image.

But in YACReader, it takes two clicks of the wheel to move to the next page.

Can this be fixed?

Thanks!

Messages need to be approved before they show up in the forum, it is a little bit annoying but it helps a lot with spam.

Initially (years ago) there was a page turn per mouse wheel step, users complained about it saying that it was too sensitive...

So I suppose that this should be another setting :)

Thanks for the quick reply :)

I don't think it needs to be a setting. Adobe Reader doesn't have a setting. XNViewer doesn't have a setting. Instead, it's about finding the sweet spot that works for the average.

I think one mouse wheel click per page is pretty standard, so maybe it's a good target to aim for...

I'm curious to hear from other users though - do you experience this too? Does it take two wheel clicks to turn the page, or is it something about my setup (hardware or software) that is causing it?

Yeah, it's two 'clicks' by design, as I said I have to change it time ago following users' suggestions.

Probably two clicks makes sense when you set the page to fit width and use the wheel for scrolling, but if you use full page mode a single 'click' should be enough.

I use the mostly the keyboard ( spacebar/B ) for page turns.
