During the process of importing comic files it is not possible to do anything else within YACReader nor to use any other application as this interrupts/pauses the import.

As long as YACReader is limited in the above mentioned way, that the import does not function as a process in the background, it would be rational to at least automatically lower the screen brightness while importing comic files. Thus energy in general would be saved and the lifespan of the machine’s battery pack could be prolonged as well.
