It takes care of folder structure, renaming files, adding dates, etc. Additionally, it automatically updates the individual files with ComicVine tags. It creates an XML file within the CBZ file. Does YAC have a way to utilize existing tags in files?

For the time being only the native YACRreader format and ComicVine tags.

We are aware that there is a demand to import xml tags written by other readers, but this has to be done "the right way". The library parsing code as such is pretty old and unnecessary complicated, so we first have to clean up and refactor it before we can start adding new features. Sooner or later we will do exactly that, but for the time being we have more critical issues on our priority list that have to be solved first.

My answers are not necessarily official YACReader statements but mostly represent my own opinion in technical matters.
