Is there a way to export from iPad to PC?

lost all of my comics on my old PC but they stayed on my iPad. wanted to see if it was possible to export the ones I have on my iPad library to my PC library?

Thank you for that. However, how do I transfer the backup made from the iPad to my PC? Was a bit confused by that.

You have to use iTunes, connect your device, go to the installed apps in the device, find YACReader and you will se the backup, just save it to your PC.
