Most of your comics have missing the "numPages" field in the data base. This is a mandatory field that is calculated when the comics are added to the library. There was a bug in a previous version of YACReaderLibrary what could delete this field if you use the "delete metadata function", but I am not sure if this is the problem or something else happened.

So, remove the library, delete the .yacreaderlibrary folder, and recreate the library, BUT make sure you have the latest version of YACReader installed (9.12)
