Jerome Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 4 Karma: 0	Hello, I have a problem when creating the database. The program also blocks indicating to me this message: "Unable to load 7z lib from ./utils" I uninstalled and reinstalled but it remains the same. Thank you for your reply

Sadly, I didn't have time for releasing a version for MacOSX 10.6.8. Since YACReader is open source it could be great to find someone interested in build it for MacOSX Snow Leopard. Sorry.

Hi Klaxxon,

as Luis already stated in this thread, the current YACReader builds available for Mac OS X do not work on older OS X versions. That doesn't mean it's impossible to run YACReader on an older OS X version, but it means that you either have to find someone to compile it for you or attempt to compile it yourself.

Now, compiling it yourself might sound scary, but it's certainly doable, so you shouldn't give up yet! If you've never compiled something yourself, just get into contact with Luis directly and ask for instructions.

My answers are not necessarily official YACReader statements but mostly represent my own opinion in technical matters.
