Hello,

I installed the reader and server (32 bits) in a win 7 lite netbook, but both of them wont even start. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Tried with windows 10, mint linux and puppy linux. Didn't work with any of those, I guess the netbook is the problem.

Sorry for the late reply. It is strange that all applications won't launch no matter what OS you use. What kind of graphics card does your netbook have? How much RAM?

It's an asus eeepc 1005 netbook with 2gb ddr2 ram, 1.6 mhz atom 32 bits. The graphics is integrated.

The application works fine in my desktop (r5 1600, gt 710), but I would like it to work in a more power efficient machine.

Hm … this is not a lot of RAM to work with and the integrated graphics are problematic. I think there could be a way to make it work, but we haven't dealt with this problem for a while. I need to check back with Luis.
