hello,

i always loved yac reader except lately it just doesn't work anymore, i won't load zip or rar or anything else, the title pops in up top but that's about it, i can't display pdf or even a single image of any format

i have tried all i can think of, i uninstalled and reinstalled, i even used a backup of the pc to a precend state but it just doesn't work

please help?

hi,

I saw your mail but I did not have time to reply you. It is really weird. Did you try to uninstall and then delete the folder where yacreader is installed before reinstalling?

latest version i can find on the website, i have tried that too. i got nothing. it is very weird and quite annoying that i can't figure it out

I would try disabling the antivirus/malware apps just in case...
