I'm trying to setup a headless server and some pointers would be appreciated. What exactly should I do with YACReaderLibraryServer?

Unless you really need a headless version you can use YACReaderLibrary for serving comics.

The easier way for setting up the headless version is to use YACReaderLibrary for configuring everything and creating your library, then close YACReaderLibrary and roon the headless version from a console.

I think that there is a topic about running it as a service in windows, I will try to find it.

I was trying to run google searches and searches on this site but I could only find topics for linux. Running it as a windows service would be fine.

I figured I'd update this thread for anyone that is interested in a pretty simple way to run the server headless on PC you leave on.

I created a task in Task Scheduler with
"C:\Program Files (x86)\YACReader\YACReaderLibraryServer.exe"
as the Program/Script
and
start
as the argument.

Then I selected "hidden" in the Properties.
