Columns reappearing

I delete columns such as publication date, rating etc. but they appear to return at a later date. Why does this happen and is there a way to prevent it?
version 9.15.0.241211

I think I fixed this is already fixed, you can try 9.16 from the dev builds: github.com/YACReader/yacreader-dev-builds/releases

Will my comic numbering, folders set as read, etc. carry over when switching to the new build?

Yes.
