Make mouse cursor really small was created by Rotvel
There's a feature from CDisplayEx I'm missing in YACReader: "Small Cursor".

It simply makes the mouse cursor really small prevented you from seeing it when it becomes unblanked for whatever reason (the unblanking happens frequently when reading in full screen mode).
