Is it possible to export the scraped ComicVine and add the XML file into each individual comic archive? This way you don't have to worry about renaming or changing the folder structure of your comics

No, it is not possible, but you don't have to worry about renaming comics or moving them, YACReaderLibrary keeps a hash for every comic to identify them.

Yes but if I decide to re-organize my folder structure or compress the image files within later all the data will be lost. This wouldn't be a problem if I can store the metadata in the comic book archive itself. This is something that ComicRack has already implemented (but no Mac support and it's been discontinued). ComicTagger is another app that does ComicVine scraping and metadata saving but is very unstable
