Maybee for the most one not needed, but will it be possible to create a pdf with a cover index(pictures)

I imagine a document that looks like on a ipad, but also show all comics under the main comic.
For example:
First line, first Comic with name and picture
Second Line, all comics with name and picture which are stored under the first line.
Thrid line: Second comic with name and picture
Fourth line: all comics with name and picture which are stored under the second line.
Fith: and so on and so on.....

Sometimes if you have larger collections, it will be helpfull for overview to have such an index document.
