Some improvement suggestions

Hi there!

First of all thank you for the new version, especially for the new improved save current page! Very sweet.
For me worth another 20€ as a thank you.

For improvements:

1. In the viewer, i wish it had some kind of showing where the actual viewing .cbz is.
If im reading spread over several days i am often lost in which folder (or Comic) the cbz is im reading.
Maybe showing the whole path in the title bar. (not only the filename which is mostly something like ch052.cbz).

Also if i use the "Continue reading.." function in the library-app im often lost where the actual comic is.
Right-clicking it only shows me "Set as unread".
As a workaround i often use the "Open Folder" function once i am in the reader,
but it only takes me to the root folder leaving me clueless.

2. In the viewer it would be nice to have a function to show the comicinfo.xml embedded in the cbz.
A little txtviewer-window would be enough.

3. I have much comics which are split in multiple chapters (eg. ch001 - ch045),
which are all in one folder with the name of the comic. (eg Dragonball Z).
If i have read all the chapters, they are all marked as read. But the folder where the comic is,
don't have the "already read" symbol on it, although all of the chapters are already read.
So i can only see if i read it already is when i enter that folder and see the read symbols on all the chapters.

4. Downloading with HDoujin Downloader it embeds the appropriate "chapter" comicinfo.xml in every chapter,
and puts the main comicinfo.xml with the info of the whole comic in the folder where all the chapter-cbz are.
It would be nice if your app could look in the folder i am browsing if there is a sole comicinfo.xml in that folder,
and displays it in the library-app.
So its not showing the infos of the first chapter, but the infos about the whole comic.

5. As an improvement to the new improved "save current page function",
it would be nice to also include the parent folder name (the name of the comic which has a lot of chapters).
Because ive got a lot of "ch003.png", "ch02.png" and so on..
If the name would be "Randomcomic-ch003.png" there would be less collisions in the filenames.
