Hi! First time posting.

Im not able to connect my yacreader for android to my macOS yacreader library.

When i try to scan the QR code i get the following message: "the QR code does not contain valid connection data"

When i enter the IP adress and the port manually i get the following message when i click the server: "Error connecting to server: failed to connect to: IP:port "

Im not behind a firewall. I can access my library on my macOS browser if i enter http://ip:port, however i cannot if i enter the same information in my samsung internet browswer.

Both my phone and my computer are connected to the same wifi. No VPN is running when i try this.

Anyone got any clue what im missing?

Restart YACReaderLibrary and check the connection data again. If that doesn’t work, is your router preventing communication between devices? Are you sure that macos is not blocking the connection?
