I'm having issues where certain content won't sync.

Running Win 7 64 bit to my iPad Air.

For example:

All-New X-men (16 issues)
YACReader will sync 8-16, but hangs for hours on 1-7.

But it will sync all 113 issues of the Walking Dead.

Any idea what is going on?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Tried to send the file to:

but received this error:

The error that the other server returned was:
552 sorry, that message size exceeds my databytes limit (#5.3.4)

Do you have another address or dropbox I should send this to?
