Library won't update anymore

I'm running a docker setup with the latest official image and it looks like my library has not been updated in some weeks.
Due to my huge reading backlog I just realized it today
The logfile looks like this:

Is my DB corrupted? How can I fix it without losing my reading progress?
Opening a copy of the DB wit DB Browser for SQLite works fine

Do a backup of the library.ydb file you'll find in /comics/.yacreaderlibrary
Then try using the `repair-library-db` command:
