Full Screen Navigation was created by mdoverl
I was wondering if it's possible to navigate to different folders within my Comics folder while I'm in Full Screen mode?

Maybe I should clarify here. I'm referring to Full Screen Mode in YAC Reader Library when looking at you comic book collection.

No, the full screen mode was born as a fancy way to look at the covers in your collection, I don't think YACReaderLibrary gains much space by going fullscreen vs being maximized (you can hide the table below the flow view).

Support YACReader

YACReader for desktop and server is free to use, but it is not free to develop: maintaining this website, developer programs, code signing certificates, test devices and, of course, all the time it takes. Less than 0.01% of downloads end in a donation, so any amount counts.
