I am having the same problem however the Program opens on my Windows 10machine but as soon as I try to connect the YACReader on my iPad to the YacReaderLibary, the YACReaderlibrary closes. Have updated Graphics driver as well.

I took the liberty to move this to a separate topic as this is not a graphics problem. Can you describe as accurate as possible the "try to connect" part of your problem? At what point of the connection attempt does the server crash? Are you able to see the library on your iPad?

You can also try to open the server in a browser (enter the server ip an port as address) to check if the crash is happening there too.
