TOPIC: YACReader Library opening to white screen

I am getting a blank white screen when I try and open the library. After about a min it goes into "Not Responding". Checking in the event log I find the following in the application log:

This has happened a couple of times and the only way that I have found out of it is to rebuild the machine. That is not exactly an option this time so I'm hoping to be able to get some help. Repair or uninstall/reinstall of the application didn't fix anything.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
