Configuring Cover comic reader as third party read was created by Graiffon
Hi,
i am trying to set up Cover comic reader (french fry software)from the windows store as third party reader in the YAC library app. I could get CDisplayEX to work but Cover always gives me an error.I guess it is because it is an UWP app?
Anyone had success with this or any tips on what I could try?
Many thanks in advance.

You may need to use a command to launch the app, or a script.
Try to launch it first from the command line, once you have something that can take the comic path as an argument you can try putting that in YACReaderLibrary's launch options.

What's the feature(s) you are missing in YACReader?

Hi Luis,
thanks for your quick reply. I am not the most savvy with command line but i will research and try to get it working...
Cover has the feature that it can trim the borders of a comic up to where the panels begins so the comic is displayed as big as possible. I bought an old surface tablet and will use it mostly for reading comics, so touch screen support and fullscreen portait reading is important and Cover does that really well and is very responsive even on the old hardware.
Comicrack seems to be the most feature complete app but it is really slow and unresponsive. YAC is good and i like the library but i would like to have an auto background feature, basicly i would like to have the most immersive reading experience with no borders and distractions.
Still trying stuff out though.
