Hi Luis,
First, thx a lot for the hard work you put in this amazing piece of software, i'm so glad i find it !

I use yac (library on a VM on my home server, and reader on my ipad) since about 2 months, and since then, everything works fine ! I use it to read cbz/cbr/pdf files, and since the beginning it just works !

Except, i have a problem with some pdf which are not rendered well.

Let me explain myself, the pdf file is nice, good quality, super readable :

But in my yac library (and in yac reader on my ipad), the quality is unreadable (first time a pdf does this

Do you have any idea why this is happening ?

For most PDFs that works splendid, but some render really bad. Ideally, we would re-render the PDF to the exact size you want. Currently the system is not set up that way.
	My answers are not necessarily official YACReader statements but mostly represent my own opinion in technical matters. The administrator has disabled public write access.

inzemix Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 9 Thank you received: 2 Karma: 0	My yaclibrary is running on a windows VM in my proxmox server And it’s unreadable even on my windows machine using YACReader (but totally fine using a pdf reader or cdisplayex. It’s when imported in my library that the problem occurs I think.

Hello,

Is no one interested in this problem?

On my previous post, you can see the blur when reading with YACReader on the first image. On the second one, the reading is done with Foxit PDF Reader and it's perfect. It's also fine with CDisplayEx and PDF-XChange Viewer or STDU Viewer.

I have countless files with problems, but on others it's fine, but not as good as CBR or CBZ.

It's vexing to see that these files look good on any PDF reader, but not on YACReader, which is by far the best for Comics, especially in combination with YACLibrary.

Unfortunately, very many comics are only available in PDF, a format that has invaded everything.

I hope a future update will fix the problem I'm not the only one having, please read this comment on GitHub :
